Located adjacent to the Phil Bryant WMA and Mahanna, the deer here are thriving and 30+ deer are seen any given afternoon. There is approximately 300+- acres of row crop that generates income on a current share crop with the farmer. Approximately 330+- acres of the timber on Floweree is unencumbered with the remainer being WRP, food plots, and roads. The interior road system will easily navigate you to any blind or box stand on the property with the help of the perimeter road. Currently, the owners have a maid who also keeps up with the grass and landscaping. The farmer also helps if needed with food plots. Outside of the lodge sits a storage building and skinning facility. Nights at Floweree are spent around the fire overlooking the Mississippi Delta ag fields after a great afternoon deer hunt.
