The Myakka State Forest is in North Port. Warm Mineral Springs located in North Port is the only natural warm spring in Florida, with a consistent average temperature of 85 degrees year-round, Warm Mineral Springs Park provides visitors with several therapeutic options. North Port Skate Park is a 14,000 sq. ft. skating facility comprised of concrete bowls, ramps, jumps, and rails. The Skate Park allows the mixed use of skateboards, bikes, and inline skating. Northport has its own water Park with a Chill on the Lazy River or in the heated competition pool or just soak up tons of fun as you slide, splash, and swim with us. Concessions are available onsite. North Port is the Home of the 2021 World Series Winners the Atlanta Braves, who have their Spring training facility here.
