Welcome to sun infused Hill House, created in 1988 by designer Geoffrey Bradfield for himself. Inspired by his visit to Villa Pisani outside Vicenza, the home is pleasingly symmetrical. The entrance hall is flanked on the right by an emerald green "winter room" with a wood burning fireplace and Bradley's stenciled walls and framed "Five Oscars", that leads into a cheery, bright living room, also with a wood burning fireplace. To the left is the kitchen which leads to an ample bright dining room. The dining room and the living room French doors open to the patio with the infinity pool and jacuzzi to the right of the house. Upstairs, to the right, is the ample main bedroom with a wood burning fireplace, double exposure windows, and dressing room with a large window. To the left are 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom has a large ocular window inspired by Palladio, with ample views of the Ramapo Mountains and Tuxedo Lake. The second bedroom is a pink delight, with colorful drapings and decor. The third bedroom is en-suite, with double exposure windows and ample closets. The window drapes throughout the house are magnificent! Downstairs is a two-car garage, a bonus in Tuxedo Park!
