This 2-bedroom, 1-bath home on Little Gasparilla Island is third back from the bay and dock with views of the bay from the lower deck or upper screened in lanai. The dock is a community dock, first come first served and the yearly fee is $250. The home has a large screened in lanai, living room- kitchen-dining room combination, two nice sized bedrooms and full bath. The Air conditioner is around 7 years old, and the roof is around 10 years old. Under the home there are two large storage areas; one has room for all your beach toys, fishing tackle, and tools, the other has a washer and dryer and plenty of room for other storage needs, and there is another room that could be used as a 3rd bedroom. Under the home where it is fully decked is a great place to hang out and relax and there is an outdoor shower to enjoy when coming back from the beach or a day out on the boat. Little Gasparilla Island is a bridgeless barrier island that is only accessible by water taxi or private boat and doesn’t have any grocery stores, restaurants, or shops but we have 3 ½ miles of uncrowded beach to wander on and collect seashells and shark’s teeth, swim, fish, or sit with a good book and soak up the sun. It’s a short walk or golf cart ride to the beach. There is great fishing in the surrounding waters for redfish, snook, snapper, trout and more. Drive your golf cart around on the sandy trails and meet all the friendly neighbors. So, bring your swimsuit and flip-flops and start living the island dream.
