Fixer Upper house in the town of Stroud. Not far from I44 to go toward OKC or Tulsa. The house needs a lot of work. It definitely has potential but is not move in ready. The subfloor in the kitchen and living/entry room has been taken up and needs to be replace. It will need a French drain and gutter on the east side to keep water from sitting up against the house. I would work with someone right now on the house or I plan to fix it up later. The 3 bedroom 1 bath house is roughly 1,300 sft. I could work with someone but would need to make sure you are capable of fixing it up. There is some flexibility there with what someone could do with it. I would just need to make sure someone is serious about buying it and making it nice for themselves.
