Located adjacent to 20th Street, the development benefits from existing utility infrastructure, as water, power, and sewer lines already run north and south alongside the property. Each townhouse, designed with a contemporary aesthetic, will offer 1,825 square feet of living space, featuring three bedrooms, two and a half baths, and a single-car garage. In addition to the comfortable living quarters, residents will enjoy access to an approved on-site park, designed for the exclusive use of the community. Public Works has confirmed the sewer capacity for the project, ensuring that the necessary infrastructure is in place to support this new addition to Battle Ground's housing landscape.
