Woodlands, serpentine Guilford Creek, and a bit of pasture convey with this 20 1/2 acres. A tract of land, 400 acres +-, was purchased to build a landing and loading for tobacco. Guildford inhabitants from 1664 to date still carry the family names and rarely do they sell their homes or land.
