They have a pavilion and a boat ramp which has a secure lock that only property owners may purchase a decal to gain access to the boat ramp. The Association membership is $75 per year and the boat ramp decal is an additional $75 per year so for $150.00 you can join both. If you don't have a boat then, only the Association membership would be necessary. The Property Owners of Gulf Cove, Inc. do not place restrictions on residents but follow the codes set by Charlotte County.
