Description: The 119+/- acre Port Bay Ranch, situated in Aransas County, is a recreational ranch near Rockport, TX with long-term investment and development potential. Terrain: The Port Bay Ranch is flat, with the entire property being close to sea level. The soil classifications are a mixture of Narta Loam transitioning into Dieterich loamy fine sand towards the southern portion. Improvements: The ranch has one water well, the depth being unknown.
