Welcome to Coquille Beach, an oceanfront private community with a heated pool. Great place to relax and enjoy Brigantine s southend beach - about a 15 min walk through the reserve area to the beach; and quick drive to the Cove Beach. This 3 bedroom townhouse features an open floorplan with kitchen and dining room with a look out to great room, with deck and outdoor seating, below. Dining room seats 6. The primary bedroom has a King bed, a private deck and ample closet space. Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have 2 twin beds with shared large bathroom. Washer/dryer located on same floor as sleeping quarters. Beach tags and pool passes provided (6). No smoking, no pets please. Kitchen stocked with pots/pans/utensils. Air conditioning. Please note: sheets and towels are not included.
