The additional two bedrooms are equally comfortable, providing ample space for rest and relaxation. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, and offers the perfect space to kick back after a long day of adventure. The second bathroom has a large vanity, with a shower/tub combo. The third bedroom has a queen-size bed, with plenty of natural light from the paned window. Step outside to your private oasis, where a sparkling pool awaits, surrounded by a beautifully landscaped, fenced yard. Enjoy al fresco dining under the stars at the outdoor dining area, or gather around the fire pit for warm and memorable nights with family and friends. The heart of the home is the cozy living room, perfect for gathering with loved ones or enjoying a quiet evening. The well-appointed kitchen and dining area are designed for convenience and style, making meal preparation and entertaining a breeze, with a breakfast bar, and lovely dining area overlooking the pool. There is a sleeper sofa to accommodate friends and family. Enjoy a nice relaxing nap in the Florida sunshine with the two twin-size daybeds on the back lanai. Located in the tranquil community of Deep Creek, this home offers the perfect blend of serenity and accessibility, with close proximity to local amenities, parks, and the vibrant attractions of Punta Gorda. House Rule: No smoking. No burning candles inside of lodging. No parties. No use of the fire place. Furry friends welcome, max 2, and require a $200 per pet non-refundable pet fee to be paid directly to the management company. Pool heating is optional, for an additional non-refundable fee of $25 per day + taxes to be paid directly to the management company after the reservation is confirmed. Pool heat request made after guest arrival will incur an additional $45 trip charge.
