Short term rentals are allowed and until recently this home was rented long-term. It was 1970, between my Junior and Senior year in high school, when I stayed in these two A-Frames when they were at the end of the bridge on beach with the Juniorettes. These two homes were moved off the beach in 2007 to their present location. It is still just a quick walk from the home to Beach Dr. It is an A-Frame with a view. The pilings from 2007, the roof ifrom 2021, there is a downstairs shower and storage, and side and front decks,.
