Not many years ago, the Village of the Shining Stones was created and a Homeowner Association was organized in accordance with the laws of the state of New Mexico and is identified in a recorded Declaration as required by the New Mexico Homeowner Association Act. There are 18 lots, with 16 homesites within the Village. The Village of the Shining Stones Condominium Homeowner Association is a New Mexico Nonprofit Corporation and is registered with the Secretary of State. Any person owning or sharing a Lot in the Village of the Shining Stones is a Lot Owner. All Lot Owners are members of the Village of the Shining Stones Homeowner Association, which governs the activities and affairs of the Association.
