A breathtaking parcel of St Johns Riverfront is under development with final plat recording coming later this year.Reservations will be accepted for the Five lots with direct riverfront access to Florence Cove, a protected harbor on the south side of the Shands Bridge. The entrance will be at the intersection of Kiley Ct and State Road 16 and the development will be finished to the county standards as reflected in the final permit. Each lot will have been engineered for placement of a private dock. The site is accessible from a temporary paved road off the intersection of the south side of SR 16.
