Sunilandings is a community situated around a canal system leading into Carancahua Bay. Conveniently located in the Olivia/Port Alto area. Sunilandings has access to a community water and sewer service. Electricity service available from JEC: Jackson Electric Co-op. Phone and internet service are also available. Property owners here can join the Port Alto Marina Association. Members have access to the private boat ramp and dock. There is a marine fuel station in the harbor. Non- members can use the public boat ramp at the State Park minutes away in Olivia. There is also a nice sandbar in the area for shoreline or wade fishing. Marina membership available to property owners only for $150.00 per year. Water and sewer service from Sunilandings Utilities. Buyer to inquire about service and tap fees. There are deed restrictions filed with the County. Sunilandings HOA is currently not an active HOA.
