All units directly face the water and have magnificent views of Lake Michigan’s East Grand Traverse Bay. Each unit has a private patio facing the water and the beach is as sandy as you can hope for, perfect for sunbathing and swimming. All units come turn key, they are fully furnished (beds, couches, tables, chairs, TVs, linens, etc), have gas fireplaces, well appointed kitchens complete with appliances, silverware, cookware, etc. Each unit has its own washer/dryer. The purchase price is a one time fee which guarantees your week(s) every year for as long as you own the unit and pay the $49 per month HOA, property taxes and cleaning fee. HOA fees are for gas, electric, cable, wifi, water, sewer, trash removal, snow removal, building insurance, content & liability insurance, outside and inside maintenance. Basically, after you pay the one time purchase price your out of pocket costs are only the monthly HOA, annual property taxes and the cleaning fee.
