Commercial Park East is a 38-acre mixed-use light commercial park located within the corporate limits of the City of Breaux Bridge. This project is a joint venture between private investors and St. Martin Parish Government and is located in an Enterprise Zone. The project is located approximately five miles east from the intersection of I-10 and I-49 in the City of Lafayette, 45 miles west of the Port of Baton Rouge via I-10 and within 45 miles of three airports (Lafayette Regional is approximately 5 miles away).
