1909 Commercial Park

Commercial Park East is a 38-acre mixed-use light commercial park located within the corporate limits of the City of Breaux Bridge. This project is a joint venture between private investors and St. Martin Parish Government and is located in an Enterprise Zone. The park offers municipal water and sewer, asphalt streets with curb and gutter, subsurface drainage and SLEMCO underground electrical services and street lighting. Located on the south side of I-10 east of the intersection of La. Hwy 328 (Rees Street) and Latiolais Rd., the park offers easy access to I-10. The project is located approximately five miles east from the intersection of I-10 and I-49 in the City of Lafayette, 45 miles west of the Port of Baton Rouge via I-10 and within 45 miles of three airports (Lafayette Regional is approximately 5 miles away).
