Weichert Seminar Helps Buyers Understand Opportunities in the Foreclosure Market

MORRIS PLAINS, N.J.– Real estate in general is always a popular topic of conversation.  But no subject gets a discussion going like foreclosures.  Perhaps it’s because of our desire to get a great deal? Maybe it’s the fact that the average person knows so little about the actual process. Whatever the reason, buyers have always been interested in the benefits of buying a foreclosed property.

To help consumers better understand the buying opportunities that are currently offered through the foreclosure market, Weichert REO Services is hosting a free how-to seminar on Thursday, May 20 starting at 6:45 p.m.  The event will be held at Weichert’s corporate headquarters located at 1625 Route 10 East in Morris Plains

Kapnick, an attorney who specializes in foreclosures and real estate as well as Scott Lacey, a mortgage expert who will discuss financing options specifically in relation to foreclosures.
