This 70' boat slip includes a 50amp outlet and dock box. Owner must become a member of the private country club. Memberships includes tennis, Olympic style pool, fitness center, dining and social related activities. The Yacht membership monthly dues are currently $142 per mo. Plus a dining minimum of $165 quarterly. The dockominium fee is currently $193.99 per month plus electric charges. A pump out at the slip and Professional Dockmaster services are included in the monthly fee. Pets are allowed. Slips may be leased but a club membership is required. There is an hourly patrol of the docks. No live aboards.
