Greater surroundings include convenient access to the spectacular Galisteo Basin Preserve, rich with hiking/biking trails and plenty of land to roam by foot or horseback. Lamy’s mighty history began in 1879 when the Santa Fe Railroad laid its tracks through New Mexico.
