Iowa DOT Tract 7 - Offering 0.703 acres m/l of land in Waterloo, Iowa! This property includes three separate parcels of land. The north two parcels are adjoining and are located along the west side of Highway 63/Logan Avenue and the north side of the Chicago, Central & Pacific Railroad. The two northern tracts combine for total of a 26,026 sq. ft. and are in a C-1 Commercial zoned area according to the Black Hawk County Assessor site. There is current access to the northernmost parcel from Highway 63. The south parcel consists of a 4,583 sq. ft. lot located at the corner of Logan Avenue, Kern Street, and Highway 63/East Mullan Avenue with a previous address of 1048 Logan Avenue. According to the Black Hawk County Assessor site, this lot is in an R-2 Residential zoned area. There will be no access allowed from Highway 63.
