Bucks Middletown Township is in the heart of Lower Bucks County. The Township is situated approximately midway between Philadelphia to the west and Trenton to the east. Middletown is a unique and diverse community containing 19.4 square miles and is the third most populous of Bucks County's 54 municipalities. Middletown is predominantly residential and offers a pleasing selection of single-family homes and condominiums. It is also home to approximately 120 historically significant sites. Suburbia at its finest, Middletown offers the county's largest mall, Oxford Valley, along with many local shopping centers and the retail amenities of the Bucks County Shopping Mall.
