Most of the property is open pasture fenced and cross fenced. It is predominately cleared with 320 acres planted to pangola grass, 240 acres in native pasture, and 80 acres of woods (pines and cypress). The surrounding area is cattle grazing and farm land (vegetables and sugar cane). Just south of the property is one of the largest areas in South Florida for winter vegetables. The property adjacent to the north is one of the largest Wagu Beef producers. In addition, there is excellent hunting on the property. Large deer (10 point and better) have been seen on the property.
