The open date can fluctuate depending upon the weather and the plumberâ€™s availability. The rental income for this unit is typically around $10, 000 per season. During the prime weeks this unit rents for $1, 500 a week. The management fee charged for renting the units is 20% however there are other fees associated with renting your unit such as housekeeping, cleaning supplies, etcâ€¦ The total cost of renting your unit comes out to an average of 28%-30%.
