Floors are Luxury Vinyl Plank with tile in bathrooms, kitchen and foyer. All windows and decking were replaced four years ago. The deck is ground level, providing easy access. The front door has a Yale digital lock that works with both keypad and key. A Knox Box security key box was installed next to the front door by the Wintergreen Fire Department. Responders to an alarm or 911 call remove the key, provide the needed service, and re-lock the door when they leave. Laurelwood is the only Condo Owners Association on the mountain with a private pool for owners, located at the end of the street.
