The Cow Cow Creek Grazing Ranch, located in the Owyhee Mountains, is comprised of 1, 445± deeded acres with another 600± acres BLM lease land adjacent. There are 21 acres of irrigation rights from Cow Creek, which flows through the middle of the ranch, but at present, it is not deliverable. The creek creates an ideal wildlife habitat for big game and upland birds, with 1,000s of acres to hunt and explore. The grazing is from spring through the fall, with the owner grazing approx. 200 pair. The Owyhee’s are known for big muleys and trophy elk, and this ranch is no exception. The Mountains are one of the least inhabited areas in the lower 48 and best of all there is lots of public land to hunt and recreate on.
