Weichert Management Dynamics Offers Operational Blue Print for Affiliate Brokers

launched Management Dynamics, a consulting and support program designed to assist
Weichert affiliates in their business operations.

Management Dynamics, Weichert Real Estate Affiliates (WREA) business
development consultants will conduct in depth business reviews with each
affiliate on a quarterly basis. In between, member services managers will
routinely follow up with each broker to answer questions, provide advice and
review their progress on action items from the business review meeting.

the program, each Weichert affiliated office will be evaluated weekly based on
a series of performance indicators. This will allow WREA to provide individual coaching
in areas of need to each broker and allow them to track their progress in these
