Weichert Lead Network Appoints Betsy Roche as Director of Operations
MORRIS PLAINS, N.J. – Michael Montsko, president of Weichert Lead Network, has named Betsy Roche to the newly created position of Director of Operations. Weichert Lead Network manages Weichert, Realtors’® heavily visited website, weichert.com, and industry-leading customer service center.
The appointment marks an expanded role for Roche, who will continue to serve as Relocation Director for Weichert, Realtors, while taking on the strategic oversight of Weichert Lead Network’s customer service center. Her main focus will be on enhancing the “high touch” personal service the center’s specialists provide to online and 800-number customers seven days a week.
“With the growth of the Weichert Family of Companies and the increasing number of inquiries generated by weichert.com, we saw a need to consolidate our expertise in converting those inquiries into satisfied customers,” Montsko said. “Betsy’s extensive background in relocation gives her a well developed perspective on the needs of people in transition.”
Roche brings more than 28 years of corporate relocation experience to her new role. Prior to becoming Relocation Director for Weichert, Realtors in 1999, she was with Cendant Mobility for 20 years, climbing the corporate ladder from relocation counselor, to resale supervisor, account manager, client service manager, and move management director.
She has served on the Advisory Council of RELO® (now Leading Real Estate Companies of the World™) and on the Mobility Magazine Editorial Board, and is a member of the Relocation Directors Council. A graduate of Eastern Connecticut State University with a bachelor’s degree in psychology, Roche holds a N.J. real estate license and a CRP (Certified Relocation Professional) designation.
Moving to Weichert Lead Network with Roche will be her team of relocation counselors. The counselors handle referrals from Weichert Relocation Resources Inc., one of the world’s leading relocation companies, as well as from Weichert affiliates and sales associates and from other relocation companies and real estate brokers. As a member of Leading Real Estate Companies of the World, the world’s largest broker-owned relocation network, Roche’s team was instrumental in Weichert, Realtors’ recently being honored as the network’s top company for Outgoing Closed Referrals for the seventh consecutive year.
