Some come to us straight out of school. Others switch from a different career. What they all find here
at Weichert is excellent training, dedicated support and plenty of opportunity to make both their own
dreams and the dreams of their customers come true.

Tim O'Shea
Manager, Weichert Summit Office
I spent 30 long years in corporate sales, where all my work was removed from any of the people it affected.
I had always been in interested in houses and architecture, so when I decided to change careers, I contacted 4 real
estate companies online. The only one that gave me a personal response – a call from an office manager – was Weichert.
From the minute I stepped in the door, I could tell the atmosphere was phenomenal, with lots of camaraderie. Now I’m
in much more of a human business. I'll tell you, I get the biggest jolt whenever I can drop a set of keys into the hand
of a first-time buyer. It's incredibly rewarding. And Weichert made the transition easy because, while it's not strict
or regimented, they have an answer for every question and a ready blueprint for getting started. I’ve really come to
love real estate.

Glynice Coleman
Manager, Weichert Hackensack Office
I knew it was time for a change. I had been working in the record business as a vice president of promotion and marketing
and I'd lost my passion for it. I wanted to keep selling, but I was tired of trying to sell products (artists, that is)
I didn't always believe in. I thought of real estate simply because I’d always loved homes and I was sure I could be
passionate about it. Once I made that decision, I did my research and Weichert became the only company I was interested in
joining. Understanding the importance of brands, I knew Weichert would give me the status I needed when selling. I also
knew that real estate companies, and specifically Weichert, offered excellent career advancement opportunities for women.
Just two years as a successful Sales Associate and I became an office manager. Now I sell my people on the training and
tools that helped me so much. I tell them, "It's all here. Just take advantage of the whole program and you can't help
but win business."

Mihai "Mike" Bernescu
Manager, Weichert Bayonne Office
When I arrived in the US in 1994 with a chemical engineering degree, I pursued the logical course and became a laboratory
director. When in April 2001, I responded to a Weichert recruiting ad, not only did I have no prior sales or business
experience, but I hadn't even bought my own house yet. Switching to the real estate field has opened my horizons and made
me feel completely integrated into American society. I'm using my entire life experience, including formal and informal
education, to advance my career. I find it challenging, eclectic, and intellectually stimulating. At Weichert, the
leadership is visionary and inspirational. Now I'm giving back to the country that has adopted me by helping others
becoming successful, helping them realize their own American dream. My decision to reduce my social and professional
status by leaving my old country has been vindicated, and my hopes for bigger and better things to come have never been
higher.

Robert "Bob" Raynor
Sales Associate, Weichert Collegeville Office
After I retired as a New York City Police Sergeant – following 20 unforgettable years of service through the best and worst
of times – I was ready for a new direction. My family and I relocated to Montgomery County Pennsylvania. I wanted to go
into business and real estate appealed to me because I could train quickly with no pressure and, at the same time, learn
all about my new area. The path that led me to Weichert was easily traveled. From real estate classes to the initial
consultation with my mentor and beyond, I have always been supported and encouraged. My associates and managers,
professionals all, helped me to learn the business and employ all of that knowledge to the benefit of my new career.
Our company continues to provide the comprehensive, on-going support that has been essential to my success… and for that
I will always be grateful.
