Allendale is a town with lots to see and even more to do. There is a wide variety of recreation throughout the town, including Crestwood Park. Crestwood is a man-made lake with three diving boards, three beaches, and six swim lanes. Included in the Park is a recreational barn, three baseball/softball fields, two soccer/football fields, a lacrosse field, and four tennis courts. Major thoroughfares that serve this area include Interstate 287, Route 17, and the Garden State Parkway. Commuter bus and train service are available to New York City.
