Great house with lots of room. Two master suites on the upper floor (2nd floor). Living room, dining room, kitchen, half bath and master suites all on the 2nd floor. Lower floor has a large playroom with billiard table, a wet bar , bath and another bedroom. In addition, there are two loft areas with two beds in each. The loft areas are more suited for children, as they have lower ceilings. The house is set back off the road in a private, woodsy setting. There is a front deck with a large hot-tub, plus a rear deck off the kitchen with gas grill. Home has current Beech Mountain Club Membership. The living room has a wood burning fireplace that is currently fitted with a large wood burning stove. These stoves are great for heating. In addition, home has electric base heaters and a propane monitor heater in the lower area. There is plenty of parking...a one car garage, a one car carport and lots of parking in the gravel driveway area. Including the loft areas, the home will sleep ten to twelve adults and children. Home is just one-half mile from the Beech Mountain Club Golf Course.
